Recruitment data:
Your name, address, email address, telephone number, previous employers, previous and expected salaries, types of job held at other companies, skills and qualifications obtained.
This will allow us to make a decision on your suitability for employment which might be based on respective customers’ feedback/opinion with respect to the same.
Data obtained during recruitment will only be shared with third parties software providers who collect, store and process your personal data on behalf of the FLS and who are contractually obligated to keep your personal data confidential subject to appropriate safeguards to prevent it from unauthorized disclosure. FLS also may share your personal data with its customers. Data will be destroyed after six months or earlier with the closing of the recruitment process.
We will use various safeguards and technologies to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
