The project and your role

We are looking for a skilled Technical Lead to oversee a remote team.

Your responsibilities:

  • Establish and analyze requirements and specs, while documenting solutions
  • Conduct interviews for open positions
  • Develop new features
  • Review code
  • Document standards and agreements
  • Hold Scrum meetings, and mentor and guide teams

Your skills

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar subject
  • 2 + years’ experience using Optimizely/EpsiServer CMS, Typescript, React.js, and Azure Cloud
  • 2 years’ experience with using MS tools for Cloud infrastructures
  • Experience with updating stakeholders on development processes and business impact of alternate choices, automation of testing, integration, deployment
  • Familiarity with lab automation and robotics, migrations of WinForms and WPF on-premises applications to cloud based applications, B2B and B2C applications, and Ektron
