The project and your role

We’re looking for a part-time Graphic Designer to join our Brand & Marketing team. In this role, you’ll help shape how our brand shows up across events and digital channels. From booth graphics and merchandise to engaging social media visuals, you’ll play a key part in making our brand stand out and stay consistent.

Responsibilities

  • Design graphics for event booths, merchandise, and collateral
  • Create visuals for social media campaigns, promo ads, and online events
  • Ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with brand and marketing specialists to implement creative ideas
  • Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files for vendors and platforms

Your skills

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer (experience with event or marketing design is an advantage)
  • Portfolio demonstrating both print and digital work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines while working part-time
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with motion graphics or short-form video editing for social media (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with event production requirements and current design trends (nice to have)
