The project and your role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FirstSpirit Java Architect to join our team and work on innovative projects within the Software Development Industry.

‍Your Responsibilities:

Lead team meetings with project managers to discuss new initiatives, allocate resources, and ensure proper staffing for projects.
Oversee project budgets, track developer time entries, and manage offers/invoices through BCS to maintain financial control.
Take full ownership of small to medium project outcomes, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
Efficiently organize personal tasks and deadlines while accurately estimating project effort and resources.
Provide expert support for customer projects and guide new customers through technical onboarding in the cloud.
Act as the architect and project manager for customer implementations, ensuring project success from start to finish.
Deliver architecture training sessions for customers and partners, while offering valuable feedback and customer insights to the product team.

Your skills

Fluency in German and English
Familiar with CMS Systems and their concepts (FirstSpirit preferred)
Experience with both frontend and backend Technologies like React, Javascript, Java
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
Conduct workshops, training and show presentations
Ability to translate functional requirements (customer) to technical requirements (developers)
