The project and your role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FirstSpirit Java Developer to join our team and work on innovative projects within the Software Development Industry.

‍Your Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with customers to understand their project needs, implement tailored FirstSpirit solutions, and take ownership of small to medium project implementations.
Develop editor forms, output logic (e.g., HTML), custom FirstSpirit plugins (Java), and provide expert technical support when needed.
Lead technical training for developers and partners in both German and English, including onboarding new cloud customers.
Actively communicate project ideas and address challenges, contributing to team meetings and solution discussions.
Efficiently manage and prioritize tasks, accurately estimate project efforts, and ensure timely delivery.
Serve as a developer and consultant, providing valuable insights and feedback to the product team to enhance customer experiences.

Your skills

Fluency in German and English
Familiar with CMS Systems and their concepts (FirstSpirit preferred)
Proficiency in Java
General knowledge about frontend (mainly Javascript) technologies
Curiosity and motivation to learn, and have openness to others' ideas and feedback
