The project and your role

Your responsibilities:

  • Being a part of the Global HR Team: Work with your team and the Head of HR and Recruitment located in Europe;
  • Employee Lifecycle: Manage all HR procedures related to employees, from onboarding to offboarding;
  • Onboarding: Conduct comprehensive onboarding processes and provide support during the probation period. This includes assistance during the first day, first week, and first month of new employees;
  • Employee Well-Being: Monitor employee mood, conduct regular 1-to-1 meetings, and create action plans for their development. Assess staff risks and values to enhance job satisfaction;
  • Policy and Procedure Guidance: Explain company policies, procedures, laws, and standards to both new and existing employees, ensuring everyone understands and complies;
  • DE&I: Implement, develop, foster, and maintain diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the organization;
  • HR Policy Development: Contribute to the updating and development of HR policies to meet the evolving needs of our work;
  • C&B: Maintain and improve our current benefit package;
  • Offboarding: Manage employee offboarding, conduct exit interviews, and provide valuable and actionable feedback;
  • Events: Manage the coordination and execution of company events and merchandise projects, ensuring smooth operation and consistency with our brand values and strategies for employee engagement;
  • Metrics and Data: Cooperate on HR metrics, data analysis, and outcomes for further business development. Help us become a data-driven HR team;
  • Digitalization: Contribute to the digitization of the HR team, including using different AI tools to increase the efficiency of the HR team worldwide.

Your skills

  • 1 year of HR experience, ideally in the IT industry
  • Spanish language at a professional level of communication 
  • Experience with HR best practices & HR metrics, and ideally with recruiting and staffing
  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Experience with immigration processing
  • Strong desire to understand company culture and nurture and support its development
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability and desire to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships with people of different levels and backgrounds
