The project and your role

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our international team and help us find the right candidates for positions all over the world. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to job offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for assigned accounts
  • Find candidates through various channels 
  • Identify and attract talented candidates
  • Assess candidate qualifications and match them with position requirements
  • Conduct initial interviews with candidates
  • Cooperate with the internal HR team to onboard candidates
  • Collaborate with the HR Branding team to promote vacancies and our culture online
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates, internal teams, and hiring managers 
  • Support colleagues searching for candidates and contribute to the overall success of the team
  • Be part of our continuous improvement by providing insights and feedback on recruitment processes 
  • Contribute to enhancing team efficiency, with a primary focus on leveraging AI tools

Your skills

  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter
  • Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT positions
  • Posses an overview of technologies
  • Understanding of local and/or international IT job markets
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and internal systems
  • Experience/interest in using AI tools in recruitment
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Being results-oriented, trustworthy, open-minded, straightforward and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
