We are a global outsourcing company that partners with top-tier clients worldwide to deliver high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will be working with a US-based digital agency, engaging in various projects that involve both back-end and front-end development using Optimizely and modern technology stacks.

The project and your role

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive web applications that utilize both backend and frontend technologies. You will leverage Optimizely to create dynamic and scalable solutions, ensuring high performance and excellent user experiences across multiple projects.

Your responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend and frontend components for Optimizely-driven applications.
  • Build scalable, secure, and efficient APIs using .NET Core/.NET Framework (C#) and integrate them with React-based frontends.
  • Implement A/B testing and personalization features using Optimizelys platform.
  • Optimize performance for both backend and frontend to ensure speed, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire stack, from backend services to frontend interfaces.
  • Stay up to date with modern web technologies, .NET development practices, and advancements in Optimizely tools.

Your skills

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on .NET and React.
  • Hands-on experience with Optimizely (content management and experimentation).
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS).
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, JavaScript, and JSON.
  • Experience with relational databases and ORM frameworks, including SQL Server and PostgreSQL with Entity Framework.
  • Familiarity with version control using Git and modern development workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
